Welcome To The Club

I have noticed that I’m losing my memory – there, I said it.  Now my children should be very afraid which ones I may choose to come and live with (if I can remember).  But in all seriousness, the kind of memory loss that I’m talking about is becoming very prevalent, so I know I’m not alone in this experience.

A few weeks ago, I had pre-ordered two dozen bagels at my favourite bakery-café.  The bakery called to tell me that my order was ready and I told them I’d be right over to pick it up.  When I arrived, the lady at the counter recognized me and said, “two dozen right?” and I said “no, 24.”  She just looked at me kind of strangely and again said, “two dozen right?” and again I said, “no, 24.”  Now, I was wondering why she kept asking me the same question and I kept giving her the same answer.

All of a sudden I heard some giggling coming from behind me and there were two sweet wise ladies sitting in their usual place at the bakery-café and they said, “Welcome to the club.”  Oh my goodness, the lights went on in my head and I turned to the lady behind the bakery counter and burst out laughing.  I received my order and half-embarrassedly and half-laughing went out to my car.  Then I remembered that I forgot to pay!!  So back in I went and then a fun discussion ensued as to how even the lady behind the counter at the bakery forgot that I hadn’t paid.

I had heard that this kind of forgetfulness would be coming to humanity and I am now becoming more and more aware of it happening on a regular basis.  This makes perfect sense when you combine this with the awareness of shifting in consciousness as the old pathways are disappearing from our awareness.  We cannot rely on the past to make future choices, as the past is quickly disappearing from our reality and the ability to determine where we are going based on where we’ve been is soon not going to be a choice.

The opportunities to choose new thoughts and choices – who knew?

These opportunities are available to us as long as we do not look back at where we were, or look at what we don’t have, or hold onto the fears of the past.  We are now in a powerful place of thinking from wellbeing, and in doing so, our choices will begin to manifest almost immediately.  This is also something that I have noticed is happening on a regular basis.  I no sooner think of someone or something and they, or it, almost instantly appear!  The understanding that synchronicity does not exist was explained to me by my guides.  The word synchronicity is a simply a way to discredit the power that we truly have to manifest our heart’s desires.  We had been conditioned to disbelieve in our power and dismiss our creativeness and call them co-incidences or synchronicities – talk about insulting ourselves!

I’m feeling that releasing the past and staying open to the present is an amazing opportunity to choose our path.  This allows us to take a breath and proceed with knowledge that all we can imagine is possible (yes, there will be major disruptions in how life used to be as the old beliefs, paradigms, behaviours are falling apart and falling away – all part of releasing the past).

How we perceive change (CHANGEClearing Healing And New Gifts Emerging) is how we perceive our world.  If we see change as foreboding or if we see change as opportunistic will determine how effortlessly we manage the inevitability of change.  We are changing from old beliefs to newly created understandings.  I saw this quote the other day and I thought it was perfect for where we’re all at  – “Fall in love with who are becoming and the world will reflect this back to you in the people and experiences you attract.”

Choose to uplift others and know that compassion is the recognition that we are each doing the best we can within the limits of our current beliefs and capacities. The more loving, kindness and forgiveness you give to yourself, the more you can give to others.  And most of all, remember to Love one another and welcome each other to the Club!

Sending you big hugs filled with Love!
