Rise and Shine!

Yesterday I was on my way home from my chiropractic adjustment and I began to feel a wave of sadness, and tears started to roll down my face.  I asked my guides what this was about and they said that I could cry if I wanted to, but courage was what I would need, and, what was also needed for humankind.

Have you noticed that the senselessness is doubling down lately?  This is known as contrast, and contrast is being shown to us, for us to jettison ourselves out of any lethargy and place us on a path of complete conscious awareness.  Sometimes we need to get jolted awake to pay attention.

Pay attention to your intention – where are you allowing your energy to drift off and attach to?  My beautiful mother called and said, “Do you have your TV on?  Turn on the news!”  My reaction was, “What craziness is being shown to sidetrack our attention from our path?”  So I said to my mother “No, I’m not turning on my TV, whatever it is, it’s not good and it’s most likely making you feel terrible, so turn yours off.”

We are all going home and moving toward infinity; we cannot transport any beliefs of blame, not good enough, worry, retaliation, guilt, dread, anxiety, hate, gossip, resentment and whatever else that is harmful to our self and others.  Who wants to even think about bringing this home? This would be like packing your dirtiest laundry in your suitcase to head off on a magnificent vacation!!

It is essentially fundamental, that we remember to stay focused and channel our beautiful energy towards healing, releasing and transforming.  Dig into that treasure trove that is you, and refuse to accept for even one moment that you don’t have what it takes to do this.  You will come through the turbulence, and I guarantee you, you will experience a safe landing.

When the going gets spiritual the spiritual get going – rise and shine your light!

Leaving you with peace, love, understanding, awareness and wisdom (and of course, big hugs and butterfly kisses).

“As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.  As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson

“There are no mistakes, no coincidences.  All events are blessings given to us to learn from.” – Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

“We are told to let our light shine, and if it does, we won’t need to tell anybody it does. Lighthouses don’t fire cannons to call attention to their shining- they just shine.” – Dwight L. Moody

“If you look deep within, you will find a brilliant light.  Too many, far too many, squint and turn away from the shine.  Let your eyes adjust, and bathe in the radiance.” – Unknown
