The Loving Feeling

I pulled the car over to the far right hand side of the lane-way, turned off the motor, opened the windows to let the warm breeze come through and turned on the radio and this song came on “We’re Here for a Good Time”.

I started giggling and when the song was finished I turned off the radio and said out loud to my guides, “Okay, let’s flow with this.  What is the first thing that you want me to become aware of other than that song?”  In what seemed like a quadraphonic stereo being instantly turned on, I was welcomed by blue jays, they were everywhere, flying and swooping around, singing in the trees and most of all broadcasting their presence.

It seemed so fitting!!  Blue jays are symbolic in providing guidance in utilizing our spiritual gifts to their fullest potential, as well as helping to balance the earthly realm with the spiritual realm.

The next thing that was conveyed to me were the flowers – they too were everywhere!  In the language of flowers, (sometimes called floriography) various flowers and floral arrangements are used to send messages.  For example, red roses imply passionate and romantic love, orange roses infer secret love and adoration, pansies denote loving thoughts, peonies involve happiness, and lilacs, which are the symbol of first love, were blossoming on every tree.

I closed my eyes for a few moments and just smiled to myself, this was going to be more magnificent than I could ever have imagined.  The energy reads that I was getting were incredible, such a powerful blending of emotions, like a finely tuned classical orchestra having just completed their final notes.

A few minutes later, my phone rang and it was my sister and mother, they had also pulled over on the same lane-way just a little ways behind me and were wondering where I was.  We laughed and got out of our cars, met up, hugged and laughed some more.

We had arranged to meet and spend some time together, and visit with the beautiful memories of our treasured fellow earth travellers who had returned home to Source.  We reminisced and were amazed at how quickly time had gone by since we were last physically together.  I was gently reminded that we only ever stop missing those that have gone home ahead of us, when we start focusing on how present they truly are.

As an energy intuitive and empath, I was amazed at how much love was present, not only from this side of our experience, but from the other side too!  Of course there were a few pockets of energy that felt denser with melancholy, but those areas where strictly on this side of the proverbial veil between here and there, certainly not from Source’s side.

Some of the passages that I saw while I was visiting were so inspiring:

“Lived, Laughed and Infinitely Loved”

“Love never ends”

“The greatest gift in life is to Love”

“Loved forever and forever Loved”

Just before we left, my mother went back to her car and brought out some fresh flowers that she wanted to leave behind, and they were the prettiest, most vibrant pink carnations I had ever seen.  And yes, pink carnations imply “I’ll never forget you”.

Leaving you with peace, love, understanding, awareness and wisdom (and of course, big hugs and butterfly kisses).
